"Our whole family has loved our time here at Geronimo Trail Guest Ranch. This is the first time our children have been out West. The land is absolutely beautiful, the horses were so much fun, but most of all your hospitality made it so special. This will be a highlight of memories and special times together in the Duggar family.
We had a blast, what a blessing it was to spend time at Geronimo Trail Guest Ranch with Ya'll! We can truly say we have never before had our children to come up to us and ask if they could please go to bed! You all are amazing! All 16 of our children don't want to leave but we must continue our vacation and get back home. You have all placed in their hearts a love for riding and taking care of horses that will impact them for generations to come."

"After two weeks of city hopping in Mexico I needed the smell and the silence of nature. On the internet I found the name of this small-scale family run ranch. Just this small size and personal attention, the hospitality from the family makes the difference with other ranches. I traveled on my own for the first time, but I was completely comfortable in this very friendly atmosphere.
The nature is beautiful and for 2 days I was sitting and staring at nature from a horse's back point of view. So, if you like horses, even if you can't drive at all (you drive only slowly because of all the rocks)this is a very good choice. The horses are trustable and friendly. The family takes care of them very well, they adore the animals and the guests!!"

"As soon as I reached the Gila National Forest on my way to the ranch, I knew I made the right choice for a Guest Ranch destination. Surrounded by amazing scenery and wildlife, you truly leave your real life behind as you enter the world at the Geronimo Trail Guest Ranch. I was made to feel like one of the family from the moment I arrived. Fresh cookies were waiting in my bunk house, the dogs greeted me like I was an old friend, and in the evening the campfire was glowing against the silent sky filled with a million stars.
Cool mornings broke to mild, sunny days spent exploring the valleys and cliffs on horseback or hiking. Tabitha and Dan were patient riding instructors, and by the end of the first days I was confident and secure riding Otis over terrain I could never have imagined possible for this greenhorn. Hiking and riding across the lands once inhabited by native Mogollon and Mimbres tribes, you can feel the spirit of this magical place enter your soul. Elk, mule deer, wild turkeys, beavers, owls, loons, herons, and coyotes share the waters, trails, and hillsides during your journeys into the lands surrounding the ranch. Each day ended with a delicious dinner and conversation with my hosts around the warm fireplace in the dining room, laughing and sharing stories over the day past, and planning more adventures for the next.
The only thing that could compare to the fantastic scenery, climate, and riding is the warm hospitality at Geronimo Trail Guest Ranch. I felt like I had just spent a week visiting with my Aunt, Uncle, and cousins!"

"Geronimo Trail Guest Ranch has set up such an inviting place that you immediately feel at home. From the moment you arrive (even if you're late and they have to come out searching for you) you feel as if you are among old friends.
The cabins are warm, inviting and cowboy cute. Lori serves up great food at the family style meals, where its easy to forget that you are a guest. The scenery is beautiful and interesting and everyone is well versed in the amazing history of the area. Tabitha and Dan are the best wranglers west of the Mississippi and make the trail rides, on well cared for horses, amazing adventures no matter what your experience level.
Nights filled with campfires and cards give everyone a good laugh, although you may want to avoid playing UNO. Ha ha. We will definitely be coming back as I can't imagine another vacation destination as welcoming, warm and fun as Geronimo Trail Guest Ranch."

"We had a wonderful time in the beautiful Gila National Forest, made nearly perfect by Buck, Blue, Dan & Tabitha.
We loved the simplicity of the entire day from awakening in our cozy cabin to the after dinner laughing. No responsibility, tone of fun in a fabulous location -- does it get any better than that? Good luck & happy trails to you all. "

"When we arrived at Geronimo Ranch, we were amazed by the beauty of the Gila National Forest. The ranch is just what we needed, a very relaxing time with nature. We loved our time there. We felt like part of the family instead of guests. Everyone makes you feel very welcome. You are greeted by them along with the adorable dogs and miniature horses.
We felt very safe on the horses. They match the rider to the horse very well. They also have very qualified riders accompany the guests on all rides. Besides horseback riding, we went rock climbing and hiking. Our cabin was very clean, and Lori always makes sure no one goes hungry. It was a breathtaking experience and we have already recommended the trip to several people we know.
We definitely plan to go back. If you love the outdoors, and want to experience some great horseback riding and hiking, you must visit Geronimo Ranch. What is truly special about Geromino Ranch is the people who work there. There are not many vacations you can take that you leave knowing all the names of the horses, dogs and employees."
