Overnight Adventures

After a day of riding horses through the magnificent scenery that is all part of the Geronimo Trail Guest Ranch experience, it may be time to plan for a back country adventure with a wilderness horseback and pack trip to a remote area.

Bright sun in the day, brighter stars at night, clear streams and a camp that is designed for maximum outdoor adventures and experiences with riding, hiking, photographic opportunities, exploring, fishing, or just plain relaxing.

Back country pack trips are usually two days/one night and are taken during a regular stay at the ranch.

You will need to furnish your own sleeping bag and personal effects.  All meals and other necessities will be provided.  For safety, your guide will carry a satelite phone and GPS.

You will fall asleep to the sounds of elk bugling, coytes howling and other sounds of the night under a canopy of stars so bright they look like you could reach up and pluck them out of the sky.
